The Youth NHL Experience League is the only Elite Level Travel Hockey Spring League in NYS. The Youth NHL Experience League is made up of the top players from Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Utica, Upstate NY, Central NY, and surrounding areas.

Players must be drafted to a team to participate. This is not an open registration league. There truly is nothing like it! 

The 2026 Youth NHL Experience Season will have 2 Conferences, each with 3 Divisions:

West Conference / Tim Hortons Iceplex & Holiday Twin Rinks
Division 1:  Birth Years 2012-2013
Division 2:  Birth Years 2014-2015
Division 3:  Birth Years 2016-2017

East Conference / Capital Arena
Division 1:  Birth Year 2011
Division 2:  Birth Years 2012-2013
Division 3:  Birth Years 2014-2015
